  3. IF THE PROPERTY MEETS OUR INVESTMENT SAFETY STANDARDS, WE WILL ENTER INTO A PARTNERSHIP WHERE HRD CAPITAL PARTNERS WILL PROVIDE THE NECESSARY FUNDING FOR PURCHASING AND RENOVATING THE PROPERTY.

  4. WE WILL WORK HAND IN HAND THROUGH THE ENTIRE RENOVATION PROCESS. YOU WILL HAVE ACCESS TO OUR MATERIAL VENDORS, CONTRACTORS, DESIGN TEAM, AND REAL ESTATE AGENTS. WE WILL BE AS MUCH OR AS LITTLE HANDS-ON AS YOU REQUIRE. \

  5. ONCE THE PROPERTY IS READY FOR SALE WE WILL LIST THE PROPERTY AND YOU WILL RECEIVE FROM 40%-70% OF THE PROFITS!!!

LET'S FACE IT, IN THIS MARKET THE ONLY REASON YOUR PROPERTY WILL NOT SALE IS DUE TO THE LACK OF DESIGN AND RENOVATION. MOST HOME OWNERS DO NOT HAVE THE MONEY, TIME, AND KNOW HOW TO RENOVATE A PROPERTY FOR SALE. THAT'S WHERE WE COME IN,

  1. WE WILL DISCUSS YOUR ASKING PRICE AND RENOVATION COSTS.

  2. IF THE PROPERTY MEETS OUR CRITERIA, WE WILL RENOVATE THE PROPERTY TO THE STANDARDS FOR SALE AT NO COST TO THE HOME OWNER.

  3. WE WILL LIST THE PROPERTY WITH ONE OF OUR TOP AGENTS. WHEN THE PROPERTY SALES YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR COMPLETE ASKING PRICE, HRD CAPITAL PARTNERS WILL RECEIVE THE RENOVATION COSTS, AND WE WILL SPLIT THE PROFITS. IN MOST CASES THE HOME OWNER WILL RECEIVE 25%-40% PRIOR TO THE PROPERTY BEING RENOVATED AND SOLD.

Do I Qualify to Be a Partner?

  • You must have a minimum 650 credit score

  • No recent bankruptcies

  • No pending or active law suits

  • No recent foreclosures 

  • A clean criminal back ground history

HRD Capital Partners LLC will only choose a select number of Partners per each market to ensure a profitable partnership.

You will need to complete a credit and background check prior to being select.

In some cases, we may require bank statements and income verification depending on the situation and program.
